Amy Brantly, founding partner of Kesselman Brantly Stockinger LLP, recently co-authored an article for the California Lawyers Association, “The Correlation Between Antitrust Enforcement and Gender Equality.”
The article, co-authored with Jennifer Oliver of Mogin Rubin LLP, examines the parallels between gender inequality and behavior from America’s dominant firms, noting that gender and competition policy are inextricably intertwined.
