This is David’s third consecutive year and Amy’s second consecutive year to receive this honor. The Daily Journal highlighted the pair’s recent work, including representing clients facing government challenges to mergers and defending labor unions sued for antitrust violations. It also recognized their recent lawsuits on the plaintiff side for the AIDS Healthcare Foundation in a case against a leading pharmacy benefits manager and in a consumer class action alleging price fixing in the archery industry where KBS was appointed co-lead counsel. The Daily Journal also recognized David’s participation on an antitrust working group to support the California Law Revision Commission, which is now developing recommendations to add single firm conduct provisions to California’s Cartwright Act.
